Chef Andrew Noviello, executive chef of his family's owned and operated, Orlando's Ristorante, located in historic Muncy, Pennsylvania, has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant business. Beginning his professional career at the Rittenhouse Hotel, Noviello returned to his roots at Orlando's, where he also worked as a youth, in 2004 bringing with him, a refined talent and creativity with Italian cuisine.
Noviello believes the key to building a successful business is to use the highest quality ingredients, such as Hatfield Quality Meats, Nick's Sausage, and Premium Reserve pork products; the Premium Reserve Steamship Round is his favorite cut for catering events.
