Clemens Food Group Emerges with "Customer Solutions" Focus for the Food Industry

Hatfield Quality Meats, Nick's Sausage, Country View Family Farms, CFC Logistics, and PV Transport have recently realigned to form Clemens Food Group (CFG). With the integration of these companies and services, CFG has developed a streamlined, solutions-based business model for their customers in all aspects of food industry channels. Customers can now look to CFG as a business partner that offers solutions for strengthening and growing their business. The formation of CFG centered around one goal - to provide solutions and expertise that go far beyond providing products and services. "We have to be more than products and prices. CFG will be actively helping our partners identify and solve problems-some of which, they may not even know they have," says Doug Clemens, President of the Clemens Food Group. "We are positioned to help our customers grow and be profitable for decades to come in the food industry market place". CFG can now offer their partners a full range of integrated services including hog production, pork manufacturing, cold storage, and complete logistical and transportation services. One example of their expanded services is their ability to facilitate the transportation of not only CFG products, but also customer or third-party products via a 260 unit fleet of trucks and trailers to anywhere in the country-as well as cold storage capabilities in their 250,000+ sq. ft. facility. The CFG R&D and Customer Experience groups are uniquely designed to serve customers at the highest level and are backed by highly skilled teams and a 1.2 million sq. ft. state-of-the-art processing site. CFG is confident that their new alignment provides opportunities and solutions for customers that will better allow partners to grow and prosper. "We are thinking outside the product and price box and are eager to help our customers overcome the hurdles and challenges that they are facing," concludes Clemens. Clemens Food Group is based in Hatfield, Pennsylvania and is the leader in pork solutions, creatively serving all channels of the food industry.
